Having finished his games, Cell resolves to eliminate Gohan and the Earth once and for all. As he charges his Kamehameha, he recounts his creation by Dr. Gero as the ultimate perfection. Believing the world is ending, Gohan receives telepathic encouragement from Goku via King Kai, who assures him of his strength. Refusing to give up, Gohan gathers his remaining power with one arm and unleashes his most powerful Kamehameha wave directly at Cell, clashing with Cell's own attack at the same moment.
