Ep. 44: Two impostor Namekians reveal their true plan to steal Bulma's ship while Gohan's group arrives on Namek.

Two aliens disguised as Namekians admit they have been stranded on the planet since their vessel malfunctioned and intended to hijack Bulma's ship. They had read the travelers' minds following the crash and used illusions to mask their actual appearance. Gohan, Bulma, and Krillin manage to evade these impostors and proceed with their journey. Upon reaching Namek, the group briefly celebrates their arrival, but the festivities are interrupted by the sudden appearance of Vegeta. This encounter proves to be only the beginning of their troubles, as the formidable Frieza is also present on the planet, posing a far greater threat to the group than the initial deception.
