King Yemma granted Goku’s wish prior to Buu’s destruction by restoring him as a benevolent child. Because Uub is hesitant to fight, Goku resorts to taunting him. After delivering a severe insult and kicking Uub in the face, Goku successfully enrages the boy, who then becomes determined to engage in combat.

Despite pleas from friends and family to stay, Goku takes Uub on his back and flies away. He aims to complete Uub's training so they can eventually have a full-scale match to test their strength. The pair flies off into the distance, filled with joy.
