Ep. 14: Mimi Challenges Kokujo in the Tournament Finals with a New Strategy
During the tournament finals, Mimi duels Kokujo, known as the Reaper of the Darkness, while wearing an angel costume to provoke him and impress Hakuoh. Although Kokujo dismisses her as a third-rate duelist, Hakuoh believes her actions relieve pressure, allowing her to face him more easily. Mimi relies on a new deck she developed after observing Hakuoh’s relentless training with Dr. Root. Despite her confidence, she struggles initially until she changes into her angry mode, restoring her shield to full capacity. The match intensifies into a Kaijudo duel where creatures come to life and the stage transforms. Kokujo unleashes his full power, destroying Mimi’s dueling stage, yet she remains unharmed. Kokujo wins the match, and Hakuoh praises Mimi’s performance. Afterward, Yu Fua begins to follow Kokujo.
