Hestia informs Bell that he has reached level two and acquired the Argonaut skill, requiring dungeon testing to understand its function. She also announces her attendance at a divine meeting to determine his official title, which is revealed to be Little Rookie, a result that disappoints Bell. Bell, Lilly, Ryuu, and Syr later celebrate this development, with Ryuu suggesting the need for an additional party member to handle the dungeon's middle floors. The following day, Bell visits a shop to purchase new armor but cannot locate the blacksmith who crafted his previous gear. Upon inquiring, he discovers the blacksmith standing nearby. Welf Crozzo introduces himself and offers to forge exclusive armor and weapons for Bell in exchange for a spot in his party.
