Egor and a zombie fight in a park, stealing a briefcase from Shizuo and Tom, who retaliates by launching them away. Meanwhile, Kanra shares a video offering ten million yen for the headless rider's identity. Celty reveals her lost monthly pay to the Dollars, prompting Shinra to recall events. He explains how he was trapped in her shadow sphere after she forgot to release him before taking a job. Flashbacks show Aoba confronting Mikado about his Dollars membership and recruiting Anri, Erika, and Walker for an Ikebukuro tour. Anri encounters Egor and Shingen, who hints at knowing about Saika. Izaya discusses his sisters with Namie, while at Raira Academy, Mairu and Kururi manipulate bullies, leading to Aoba being kissed by them. The narrative returns to the present, where Mairu and Kururi discover Celty's money and a wounded Egor, who asks to be taken to Russia Sushi.
