Celty flees from bikers while carrying a bag containing Egor, having accepted the job from Izaya for payment. Mikado and his group, initially targeted by Yellow Scarves for a bounty, escape in Kadota's van with Mairu and Kururi. Celty intercepts their vehicle, revealing her pursuers and the bag's origin. After a flashback to her time with the Dollars, Celty holds off the bikers while the others retreat. Egor emerges from the bag, now controlled by Saika, alongside Ruri in her Dullahan costume, offering to handle the attackers. Celty warns them to avoid traffic cops and Shizuo. Meanwhile, Toramaru members anger Shizuo by damaging his clothes. Izaya informs Namie that Ruri is now contracted to Kasuka, who refuses to let her die. The group learns the Black Biker's identity, and Celty decides to learn cooking. A hotpot party ensues, where Shinra reassures Celty about her role. Izaya discovers his sisters are in the chat group. Anri notes Saika's influence on Egor, Shiki discusses Yodagiri Jinnai, and Aoba plans to remove Izaya while protecting his sisters.
