Namie watches a video of Izaya with disgust, then narrates her devotion to her brother Seiji. A shoplifter is beaten by a man for harming women and arrested by his accomplices. Tom alerts Shizuo that Rokujo Chikage, the boss of the Toramaru gang, has returned. Shizuo recalls their previous encounter and easily defeats Rokujo in a fight. Meanwhile, Mikado receives a private message from Kida, who warns him to stay hidden during golden week and keep his Dollars membership secret. Kida claims the group is in danger, prompting Mikado to agree to lay low. In reality, the message originates from Izaya impersonating Masaomi to manipulate Mikado’s actions and isolate him from his allies.
