Ep. 21: Shiki and Homura face Black Rock while Rebecca's group uncovers Valkyrie's secrets and Paul aids them.

Garrot tells Shiki and Homura about Valkyrie's reputation in the labor district but refuses to explain further, taking them to the Black Rock, Sun Jewel's strongest Stone. Nino reveals he is a friendly agent of Madame Kurenai, allowing Rebbeca's group to enter the labor district. They meet Paul, a Valkyrie disciple holding a B-Cube with the truth about Valkyrie, which he hesitates to share with Homura. Paul guides Rebecca's group to reunite with Shiki and Homura, helping them defeat the Black Rock. Although this meets the metal quota on their slave collars, the quotas reset to their original values instead of freeing them. Trusting Homura's resolve, Paul uses his thievery Ether Gear to remove the collars and gives her the B-Cube. Meanwhile, Kurenai prepares a satellite to destroy the labor district in response to an upcoming uprising among Valkyrie's followers.
