Apr 11, 2021Content creators Rebecca Bluegarden and Happy travel to the Granbell Kingdom, a century-abandoned theme park operated by robots, to record videos for their online B-Cube channel. They meet Shiki, a human boy raised there who serves as the robots' mechanic. Rebecca initially resists his friendship but warms to him after seeing his bond with the machines. She learns he stayed to care for them and failed to repair his adoptive grandfather, Demon King Ziggy. The robots suddenly turn aggressive due to a staged virus, dismissing Shiki's skills to force him to leave. Shiki uses his gravity Ether Gear ability to help Rebecca and Happy escape in their ship, the Aqua Wing. The robots shut down to save Shiki from solitude. A female entity named Mother observes his departure into space.

Shiki spots a hologram of Mother, a mythological goddess, which causes guild members to mock him for claiming prior knowledge despite his lack of memory regarding off-world travel. Humiliated, Rebecca takes Shiki outside, leaving Happy to be kidnapped by a street gang. Shiki pursues the captors while Rebecca reflects on her past. Flashbacks reveal that she and Happy were orphans who lived together until a fatal accident injured Happy. In the present, Happy reunites with Rebecca, revealing he received a mechanical body to survive. He transforms into blasters, allowing Rebecca to defeat the gang. Apr 25, 2021Shiki returns to Shooting Starlight to finish his registration but faces continued disdain from guild members. Rebecca suffers similar treatment from her popular guildmate Labilia Christy, prompting Shiki to publicly humiliate her for mocking Rebecca's amateur content. Disillusioned with the guild environment, Shiki suggests he and his companions search for Mother, hoping that recording proof of her existence will benefit Rebecca's channel. The trio travels to the planet Norma to acquire a spaceworthy vessel from Professor Weisz Steiner, the benefactor who built Rebecca and Happy. Elsie notes their absence and identifies Norma as a dead world. After crash-landing at Weisz's residence, the group is held at gunpoint by a stranger claiming the professor's identity. A flash-forward set 20,000 years later shows astronauts discovering human remains and Rebecca's recording device, which bears the inscription "Edens Zero."

Rebecca realizes the group traveled fifty years into the past, identifying the stranger as Weisz's younger self. While evading Sibir, Shiki accidentally opens the briefcase, revealing E.M. Pino, a small android equipped with an EMP that disables machinery and Ether Gear. Suffering memory damage, Pino mistakes Sibir for her master and returns to him, leaving a B-Cube recording that exposes his abuse and memory erasure. Discovering through maintenance logs that Pino originates from the present era, Shiki and his friends decide to rescue her to prevent Sibir from altering history using her advanced technology.

May 9, 2021Shiki and his group arrive at Sibir's base, defeating most gang members before Weisz hijacks their motorcycle and escapes with Pino. There, he discovers countless identical robots discarded after being tortured by Sibir. Enraged by this cruelty, Shiki defeats Sibir. May 30, 2021A witch advises Shiki’s group to recruit the Demon King's Four Shining Stars to navigate the Dragonfall swarm near Sakura Cosmos. After Weisz departs, the team visits Shooting Starlight to find Sister Ivry, one of three missing androids. During their search, Shiki and Pino witness Labilia being attacked by Jinn, a cyborg mercenary wielding wind Ether Gear. The pair fight until Jinn retreats, challenging Shiki to a rematch on Guilst. Upon returning to the guild, they discover that B-Cubers, including Rebecca, have been abducted. Suspecting Jinn’s involvement, the group prepares to travel to Guilst, unaware that a kimono-wearing girl who knows the Edens Zero has overheard their plans.

Homura offers to help the crew save Rebecca in exchange for the chance to duel the Demon King, Shiki. She also reveals an Ether Gear that Witch recognizes. On Guilst, Shiki and his team enter Rogue Out’s headquarters and are confronted by Sister.

Jun 13, 2021Homura utilizes her Soul Blade Ether Gear to defeat Sister's android soldiers, enabling Shiki and Pino to hide beneath Sister's ship as she heads to Illega's tower. Weisz grows suspicious of Homura and threatens her by shooting Mosco Versa-0 with turrets. Meanwhile, Rebecca organizes the other B-Cubers into a human pyramid to reach an elevated window, using clothes-dissolving foam to escape. Illega corners Rebecca, but Shiki arrives and attacks him. Pino uses her EMP to deactivate Shiki's Ether Gear, which also unlocks the cell. Jinn finds Shiki, who fights him off while Pino leads the freed B-Cubers to safety. Aboard the Edens Zero, Witch senses the Chronophage approaching Guilst.

After Shiki defeats the Rogue Out trio, the android reveals their leader is an imposter who imprisoned her for ten years to steal her healing powers. Sister attacks the imposter and revives Illega’s petrified victims before fleeing Guilst with Shiki’s group during a planetary evacuation from the Chronophage. They leave the imposter to be killed by Jinn, who accuses her of falsely promising to save his younger sister, Kleene. Meanwhile, Rebecca searches for the B-Cuber Copa, who has fallen behind. Illega uses Copa as a hostage to force Rebecca’s surrender, but Rebecca incapacitates him with his own blaster when his attendant distracts him with news of the Chronophage’s approach. Rebecca allows the revived victims to evacuate with other B-Cubers while she waits for Shiki, with ten minutes remaining until the Chronophage's arrival.

Shiki rescues Rebecca and Pino, using gravity to land the group on the ship just before the entity consumes 1,200 years of time, reverting the planet to nature and killing many. Drakken Joe escapes among the survivors. The crew discusses the missing Shining Stars, and Homura reveals she is a student of Valkyrie Yuna, whom she has sought for five years. Homura, Weisz, and a reprogrammed Mosco join the crew. Rebecca learns her channel was promoted by B-Cubers, causing mixed reactions. The crew then travels to Iron Hill orbiting Blue Garden, where they locate the Four Shining Star Hermit Mio.

Witch identifies that his mind is trapped within Digitalis, a virtual planet serving as the server for the massively multiplayer online role-playing game Rogue Fantasia. Shiki and his team upload their consciousness into digital avatars to enter the game, heeding Witch’s warning that any injuries or death sustained in the virtual world will directly affect their physical bodies. After interrogating the game's sentient non-player characters, the team travels to the city near Hermit's location. There, they encounter Jamilov, a player affiliated with Drakken Joe who is notorious for killing NPCs and other players without being banned from the game.

When Jamilov executes code to delete the game world, Shiki convinces the indifferent Hermit that the NPCs are living beings, prompting her to reverse the deletion. Meanwhile, Jamilov’s real-world alias, Spider, hacks the Edens Zero computer systems, seizing full control of the ship.

The fortune-teller is revealed to be Xiaomei, who directs them to a battle coliseum within her temple to balance her knowledge. Meanwhile, Spider asks Drakken to retaliate against the crew, but Drakken executes him for incompetence. Believing he can profit from the Edens Zero, Drakken contacts Noah for information on the ship.

In the final match, Homura fights a supposed replica of Valkyrie, discovering it is a training robot programmed by Xiaomei. After defeating the robot, Xiaomei reveals the real Valkyrie is on the planet Sun Jewel. She warns the crew about future confrontations with others who seek Mother, concluding her test of the group's strength and resolve.

They rescue space captain Connor from Aoi Cosmos fish, and despite his rude behavior, he pilots them through the debris in one day. Connor stays aboard but hides his ship's name, Edens One. Weisz stays behind to build a weapon while Shiki and Homura investigate Sun Jewel. They stop a casino robbery, but Madame Kurenai, the ruler and Drakken associate, executes the criminals with her Satellite Blaze laser. Her emissaries then brand Shiki and Homura as criminals by firing the same laser at them for their violent actions.

Aug 29, 2021Shiki and Homura are sent to Sun Jewel's labor district to harvest precious metals from alien monsters known as Stones. There, they encounter Garrot, the cruel warden working for Madame Kurenai, who attacks Homura and abducts her. Shiki ignores threats to other workers and confronts Garrot to save Homura. Meanwhile, in the rich sector, Labilia promises to help Rebecca's group enter the labor district in exchange for a B-Cube collaboration, repaying Shiki for saving her from Jinn. This offer turns out to be a malicious prank on Rebecca. After Labilia publicly humiliates her and breaks the promise, Rebecca gains the sympathy of Nino, a fellow B-Cuber in the audience. Meanwhile, Kurenai prepares a satellite to destroy the labor district in response to an upcoming uprising among Valkyrie's followers.

Meanwhile, Homura attempts to join the fight but is paralyzed by Garrot’s whip. Using her ultimate Ether Gear technique, she launches Valkyrie’s sword to impale Garrot after he negates her attack. Homura recovers and reunites with Rebecca’s group, thanking her friends for helping her overcome her grief.
