Ep. 30: Blood Falcon challenges Captain Falcon to a decisive race at the dangerous Lightning track.

During the Mute City race, Blood Falcon appears and demands a duel with Captain Falcon before vanishing. The Galaxy Mobile Platoon investigates and discovers a Dark Million battle station. Despite the attack, the F-Zero Committee schedules Blood Falcon for the next event, prompting Tanaka to order the Platoon to stop him. At Falcon House, Jack is discouraged by Clank regarding his record against Captain Falcon. Jody visits Dr. Stewart at the Cyborg Graduate School to question him about Blood Falcon's identity. The Platoon arrives early at the Lightning track, noting the lightning storm. Jody finds Dr. Stewart at the stadium, where he attempts to shoot Blood Falcon with a chemical weapon. Blood Falcon reveals he is Dr. Stewart's creation and attacks him. Jody and Rick intervene, but Rick is overpowered. Captain Falcon arrives and accepts the race challenge. During the race, Blood Falcon and Miss Killer cause chaos. Rick and Captain Falcon use their Spin Boosters to take the lead. Blood Falcon uses Blood Fire to catch up. The Blood Hawk suffers a mechanical failure, allowing Captain Falcon to win first place and Rick to take second. Blood Falcon's machine explodes, leaving him missing. Dr. Stewart confesses that Blood Falcon is a clone created using Captain Falcon's DNA stolen by Black Shadow. Rick receives ominous advice from Captain Falcon. Miss Killer is shown a secret chamber filled with containment pods containing copies of Blood Falcon.
