Ep. 51: Rick and Black Shadow race to the Dark Matter Reactor while the Galaxy Runner battles enemy defenses.
The Falcon Flyer and Galaxy Runner approach the Dark Star, where Black Shadow awaits with the frozen Haruka Misaki and Zoda’s body inside the Dark Matter Reactor. Rick Wheeler pursues Black Shadow through a treacherous track, eventually witnessing Captain Falcon sacrifice himself to destroy the reactor and defeat the villain. Rick survives the explosion and is reunited with Haruka, who has been thawed after one hundred and fifty years. In the year 2207, a new Grand Prix begins in Mute City with Rick’s successor, Clank Hughes, piloting the Dragon Bird EX. The race starts with familiar rivals present, including a surprising return by Zoda in his Death Anchor. As the pilots launch onto the track, Clank uses a speed booster to evade attacks from Bio Rex and Octoman, only to be overtaken by Captain Falcon’s Blue Falcon GT, setting the stage for a fierce competition.
