Ep. 5: Sweetie shares Midend ruins history while Dorothea lifts Baleun blockade and Damien reveals Albastora secrets.
Sweetie and Patricia prepare to depart Baleun, during which Sweetie recounts her father’s expeditions to the Midend ruins where the Black Fairy Tome was discovered and he subsequently vanished. Meanwhile, Dorothea fails to capture Eajey and must lift the blockade on Baleun, leading to Damien’s transport back to headquarters for interrogation. Damien agrees to speak only with Nein, revealing his true identity as an Albastora and his knowledge of the Black Fairy Tome’s contents. He warns that his family tried to destroy the tome due to its dangerous nature and that groups more threatening than Gui Carlin seek it. Free requests information about Gui Carlin from Sweetie, and Prime Minister Helwise authorizes Dorothea to raid suspected high-ranking members. Finally, Marlya and Free secretly move Damien to safety away from Dorothea headquarters.
