Chief Pulse introduces Plug and Arresta to Reka Galvini and Kuran Shunt, the Rōden-chan who monitor electrical leakage and electricity smuggling. These monitors accompany the duo on a run and later capture Plug, discovering Arresta speaking with Sento. After being summoned to a specific location, Arresta and Sento subdue Kuran while Plug escapes. When Sento praises Arresta in front of Reka, she assists in capturing her partner as well. Ultimately, the conflict resolves as a harmless test proves their innocence, revealing the entire incident was a misunderstanding.
