FLCL: Grunge

Shinpachi lives in a polluted town where he delivers questionable sushi to yakuza until Haruko arrives.

In a town dominated by a polluting factory, residents accept their grim fate without resistance. Shinpachi, who sees no future, skips school and works at his father's sushi restaurant, delivering questionable fish to the yakuza. He occasionally spends time with classmates Orinoko and the rock-skinned alien Shonori. This stagnant routine is disrupted when a beautiful woman in a red dress, identified by the mayor as Haruko, enters the restaurant on the mayor's arm.
