Ep. 11: Kazuya Offers Refugees Citizenship or Army Service Amidst a Critical Birth

Chief Jirukoma and refugee Komain desire to return home, but Kazuya presents two choices: accept Friedonian citizenship or depart. After Jirukoma requests farmland and is refused, Kazuya proposes relocating them to Venetinova to aid construction. Brad arrives with urgent news regarding a mother requiring emergency surgery to save herself and her child. Recognizing the infant would lack a homeland, Jirukoma accepts the Venetinova offer and appoints Komain as the new chief, vowing to lead any dissenters in an army to reclaim their country. Following the successful delivery, Carla criticizes Kazuya’s casual demeanor regarding the lack of surgical expertise compared to Japan, prompting an apology. At the mother’s request, Kazuya becomes the godfather and names the boy Fuku. Amidst the joyous occasion, Liscia asks if Kazuya wishes to conceive a child that night, but he declines, insisting on waiting.
