Genia constructs Mechadra from excavation bones, prompting Kazuya to apologize to Star Dragon Mountain Range and relocate her. Julius faces unrest in Amidonia after attempting to restore a dictatorship, while Carla serves as a chambermaid. Amidonia’s people pledge loyalty to Elfrieden, forcing Julius to flee to the Empire. Kazuya and Hakuya suspect a single organizer behind the swift rebellion. Neighboring powers, the Lunarian Orthodox Papal State and the Republic of Turgis, invade Amidonia, leading nobles to request annexation by Elfrieden. Kazuya accepts, appointing Colbert to rebuild the region. Roroa, Julius’s sister, smuggles herself into Kazuya’s court via a carpet. Recognizing her through a Cleopatra and Caesar legend, Kazuya impresses her. Roroa then declares her intention to marry him.
