Ep. 26: Weed mourns Jerome and defeats Hougen to become Ohu leader after a brutal battle.

Weed awakens surrounded by Kyoshiro, Tesshin, GB, Ken, and Kagetora, who kept him warm. He demands to know Jerome's whereabouts, and Ryo tearfully confirms Jerome is likely dead, causing Weed to mourn. Meanwhile, Ohu comrades defeat Hougen's remaining army and secure Gajou, but Hougen launches a surprise attack. He kills Ryu and holds Ryo hostage before challenging Weed. Weed uses multiple jumps and a Battouga to seemingly kill Hougen, but the Great Dane survives. Gin stops others from interfering, forcing Weed to continue. Hougen beats Weed ruthlessly in the snow. Spirits of past Ohu comrades appear, terrifying Hougen. Weed strikes Hougen again with a Battouga, defeating him. Gin urges Weed to kill Hougen to end the war, but Weed refuses, citing kindness. Gin acknowledges Weed as the new leader. Hougen dies by lightning while screaming at the top of Gajou. A funeral is held, and Weed rises to lead his army.
