Ep. 24: Weed and Rocket confront Hougen while Kite and Akame handle the battlefield chaos.

Weed questions Hougen’s revenge motives against humans before engaging him, eventually forcing him into a river waterfall. Kite fights Rocket while Tesshin interrogates soldiers to locate Kite. Ken, Kagetora, and Shigure pursue Batt’s forces but are trapped by a forest fire. Jerome’s bodyguards intervene, allowing Cross to rescue Ken and Kagetora. Ben warns them to use senses beyond sight to defeat Batt. Meanwhile, Tesshin burns Kite’s leg coverings, revealing metal limbs and his assassin past. Kite chases Tesshin but is saved from choking, leading to regret. Kurotora and Ben offer Batt a second chance, moving him to tears. In the gorge, Hougen defeats Mel and Hiro but is tricked by Reika back into the river, where Jerome rescues her.
