Tetsuro and Maetel arrive at the Wisdom Tooth Planet, a destination where many children have abandoned their homes, leaving anxious adults weary of waiting. They stay at an inn owned by a couple whose son also ran away. The father has developed stress-induced dementia and mistakenly identifies Tetsuro as his long-lost son, Tetsuo. The situation escalates when the real Tetsuo, who is a fugitive murderer, unexpectedly returns to the family home, creating a tense confrontation between the mistaken identity and the dangerous reality of the missing son's true nature.
