On the desolate Hangman's Planet, which resembles a western setting, Tetsuro quickly finds himself in trouble. A bitter dispute over gold mining exists between two gangs, the Blacks and the Whites. To obscure who is truly guilty, the White gang conscripts a lone gunman named Wester, while the Black gang conscripts Tetsuro. This situation rapidly escalates into a standoff between the two factions. Neither side has yet realized that this conflict is part of a larger plot orchestrated by the Sheriff and the Mayor.
