Fifty-one years ago, Shiba, then a knight, met Resha during a moonlight dance in Symphonia. He later guarded the Etherion power holder, discovering it was Resha. After debating her confinement, he sought Garein to forge a sword to defeat the knights, but Garein refused. Resha escaped with Shiba’s help, but declined his offer to flee together. As heavy rain fell, the Knights of the Blue Sky arrived with Plue and the Rave, informing Shiba that Resha had died. This tragedy inspired Shiba to fight those influenced by the Shadow Stones. Consequently, Garein finally crafted a specialized sword for Shiba to aid him in his future journey.
