Alphonse wakes to find the group dismantled him for transport back to the tunnels. May solves Scar's brother's notes by overlapping pages, exposing the nationwide Amestris transmutation circle and a secondary alkahestry circle. Kimblee meets Pride, who orders him to remove the Briggs Fortress blood crest. Falman contacts Breda as Sloth completes tunnel digging. Hohenheim reaches Liore, where Rosé and citizens rebuild, and discovers an underground passage beneath the church of Leto. He encounters Sloth's tunnels, escapes Pride's attack outside its boundary, and warns Pride that Father will face him. Kimblee allies with Drachman forces to assault Briggs Fortress, while Zampano reveals Marcoh's location to Envy.
