Mahiro struggles to maintain a quiet life after Nyaruko attacks him with a kiss. His situation worsens when Yoriko leaves a wealthy, lost deity girl named Ghutatan and her butler Lloigor at his home, creating conflict with Nyaruko and the others. Mahiro views Ghutatan as a sister figure and defends her from a gang of Shoggoth. During these events, he also updates Nyaruko on her duties. Ghutatan engages Mahiro in a conversation regarding the nature of loneliness, adding emotional depth to the chaotic household dynamics involving the various extraterrestrial and divine visitors.
