Hime attempts to flee to her hideout, fearing defeat by the Saiark. Blue reveals the Phantom Empire's origins from the sealed box Axia and its attack on the Blue Sky Kingdom. Feeling inadequate, Hime runs away, prompting Megumi and Ribbon to pursue her. Megumi uses PreCards to transform into a magical detective and, with help from Yuko Omori, locates Hime to offer encouragement. The pair decide to name themselves HappinessCharge PreCure. They confront Namakeruda and his Choiark army, facing the Hat Saiark again. With Megumi's support, Hime purifies the Saiark and frees Mao. Ribbon converts Mao's feelings into PreCards, and the two heroes promise to support each other. This episode marks the 10th anniversary of Cure Dream.
