The Three Factions discuss how to deal with Loki. The Sitri family volunteers to follow him as Rias calls on Sir Zechs for help. Irina joins Rias, Xenovia, Issei, and Akeno. Rossweisse, Odin's daughter, joins the group after goodbyes. Issei promises to protect Koneko before the Gremory Clan and Sitri family set out. Issei and Genshirou discuss their club presidents before Loki appears. Loki and Rossweisse argue, then Loki summons Fenrir's children and the Midgard Serpent. Issei battles the Fenrir children with aid from Xenovia and Kiba. Tsubaki uses Mirror Alice against the serpent. Irina transforms and attacks with Michael's power. Loki finds the group formidable. Koneko and Akeno unleash new forms. Rossweisse tries reasoning, but Loki claims to fix Odin's mistake. Genshirou traps Loki, who breaks free and rains hail. The fighters use phoenix tears. Thor's hammer appears. Rossweisse tells Issei to use it, but he is wounded by Fenrir. The Occult Research Club aids him. Rias invokes her last strength to seek revenge on Loki.
