Rena, driven by madness, threatens to kill her friends and schoolmates using a homemade bomb placed on the school roof. Keiichi collaborates with the police and his peers to defuse the explosive. He then faces Rena in a final confrontation on the roof, wielding Satoshi's bat against her cleaver. During their struggle, Rena slowly regains her sanity and manages to defeat Keiichi, yet she refuses to kill him. Following this, she reconciles with her friends. Although Rena’s atonement prevents further tragedy, the time loops continue, leaving only a fragile hope for the future.
