Rena investigates her father’s finances and discovers suspicious withdrawals. She visits Rina at a landfill, where Rina reveals her pregnancy and plans with Teppei. Rena exposes their scheme, causing Rina to attack her. Rena defends herself by killing Rina with a pipe and hides the body in a fridge. Later, Rena lures Teppei to the same location and decapitates him with a large blade. Rina’s accomplices discover the dismembered remains but choose to protect Rena. They agree to keep the incident secret and assist in disposing of the bodies in a wooded cave. Mion instructs the group to forget the event entirely. The episode concludes at the Watanagashi festival, where Oishi watches the group with suspicion from the background.
