Kousuke drags a reluctant Masahiro from the Ooshiba house to a hotel, claiming exhaustion and a desire for affection. At school, friends tease Masahiro about his absence, prompting Mitsuru to warn against drawing attention, while Kousuke announces their secret is out. They visit Relax Bar Mary, where Ayaka and her husband Houjou, Hasekura’s brother-in-law, confront them. Houjou accuses Kousuke of predation to protect Masahiro, but Masahiro admits he initiated the relationship. Troubled by potential job loss, Masahiro flees after Kousuke arranges a sunset date at a cliffside to view a Sunday meteor shower. An after-credits scene shows the principal questioning teacher Miss Kaidae regarding Kousuke.
