Ep. 9: Arthur Gaz resurrects using Black Chaika's remains to reveal his true identity and plans.

After Toru, Akari, and Fredrika are expelled from the castle, Red Chaika attempts to give Chaika's remains to her group, but Selma reveals Hartgen's men have stolen them. Zita and Leonardo reunite with Vivi and Nikolai, learning Alberic is alive. With Fredrika weakened by Shin's poison, Toru and Akari surrender the remaining remains to save Chaika. The Gillette Squad receives orders to eliminate King Stephan to prevent war among the Six Nations. In the throne room, Black Chaika consumes the remains with Guy's help, giving birth to a boy resembling Guy but with Fayla's body parts. This child reveals himself as Arthur Gaz, who kills Stephan with a spell. Arthur explains that the Chaikas were modeled after his deceased mistress and that he orchestrated the war to gather magic fuel from emotions using hidden flying fortresses. He demonstrates his power by destroying an attacking fortress with Niva.
