Suffering from severe injuries inflicted by Raoh, Rei has only seventy-two hours before death, with physical disfigurement already appearing. Desperate to alleviate his pain, Mamiya travels alone to Medicine City to find a cure. The city is controlled by Galf, a ruthless leader known as the Canine Master who loves dogs. Mamiya locates the medicine store but is captured by Galf. Kenshiro and Rei then arrive at the location to rescue her from captivity.
