Kenshiro and Rei arrive at Mamiya's village while Rei is near death. Rei notices the Death Omen Star brightening next to the Big Dipper. Yuda commands Komak to abduct Mamiya for revenge against Rei. Rei accepts Toki's offer to push a pressure point, gaining strength and one extra day of life at the cost of severe pain and white hair. Yuda's forces attack the village, with the giant Goyan distracting Ken while Mamiya is captured. Rei emerges stronger and rescues her, but Mamiya reveals she can also see the Death Omen Star.
