Dagar endures severe pain from wounds inflicted by Kenshiro as Ken and Rei travel toward Blue Town. A group of young rebels attacks them, but their leader, Nova, requests help rescuing captured women and family members from Yuda. After freeing the captives, the group discovers that the Yuda at Blue Town is merely a decoy. The real Yuda, who had been hiding in his castle the entire time, reveals himself and kills Dagar to complete his deception.
