Leorio faces Leroute, an attractive woman, in a betting game. He loses ten hours of his bet to her, allowing him to grope her. He subsequently loses the remaining betting hours in a game of rock, paper, scissors. Killua then confronts Johness the Dissector, a serial killer who murdered at least 146 people with his bare hands. Killua rips out Johness's heart. He explains that Johness is an amateur while he is a professional. This event occurs during the Hunter Exam arc, specifically episode 16 of 31.
