The trio rides a train to Kukuroo Mountain, then transfers to a tour bus for the final leg. They arrive at the Door to Hades, a massive gate concealing the path to the estate. A beast named Mike guards the area behind the gate. Gon requests that the security guard, Zebro, contact Killua to open the gate from the inside. This segment marks the first part of the five-part Zoldyck Family arc.
