Gon reunites with Ging, who urges him to apologize to Kite. Gon votes for Pariston, who resigns and names Cheadle Vice-Chairman. Cheadle asks Pariston to reform the 10 Commandments and Hunter Exam. Killua waits for Illumi, who realizes only he can order Nanika. Killua commands Nanika to teleport Illumi to the Zoldyck estate and never awaken, allowing Alluka to live normally. Alluka convinces Killua to apologize to Nanika and protect her. He changes his mind, commanding Nanika to not grant any more wishes. Tsubone watches emotionally as Kikyo confirms the Threat Level has been removed. This event occurs during the 13th Hunter Chairman Election arc.
