Gon reaches the summit of the World Tree to meet Ging, who shares his Hunter origins and desire to explore beyond their known map, noting the tree is merely a sapling. Gon returns the Hunter License he had loaned to Kite and recounts his recent journeys and friendships. Meanwhile, Mito receives correspondence from Gon, the Zoldyck Family employs a Kiriko to replace Gotoh, and Knov and Morel toast to Netero. Gon rejoins Kite’s group, sending audio recordings of the Small-billed Swans to his friends, while Kurapika performs final rites for the recovered eyes of his kinmen.
