To secure peace between Belfast and Regulus, Touya is engaged to Lucia and granted land for the Kingdom of Brunhild. Rosetta constructs a castle there in three days using Workshop technology, while Leen serves as Mismede’s ambassador. Emperor Rig of Refreese Imperium initiates diplomatic ties, and Touya narrowly avoids an unwanted engagement to Reliel. Tsubaki arrives with her clan, seeking refuge after the Takeda clan’s collapse due to corruption. Assisted by Kousaka, Touya begins building a city and merchant network. The grand opening attracts kings from every nation. During the successful celebration, Touya gives Lucia an engagement ring, and they watch fireworks together.
