Ep. 20: Kotoko recites the pledge while Moto disguises as a nurse and later meets a familiar celebrity.

Kotoko is chosen to recite the Nightingale Pledge after Moto declines due to gender restrictions. She struggles to memorize it until Moto reveals his desire to be a female nurse, leading them to scheme for him to wear a uniform at the ceremony. Despite the head nurse’s objection, the class supports Moto, allowing him to be capped. Kotoko delivers the pledge perfectly, and Irie arrives late to apologize and hug her. Four years later, Kotoko works as a nurse, running errands for a difficult patient who falsely accuses her of stealing photos of Irie. She observes Keita’s patient harboring unrequited feelings. Later, nurses spot movie star Nobuhiro in the waiting area. When Kotoko confronts him for being rude, he hugs her and claims to miss her, leaving her shocked and unfamiliar with him.
