Ep. 19: Irie confronts his jealousy and proposes to Chris while resolving conflicts with Kotoko.

Irie ignores Kotoko due to jealousy over Keita. During lunch, Chris is burned by oil, prompting Kinnosuke to propose to her, which she accepts after overcoming insecurity. Upset by Irie’s neglect, Kotoko throws books at him, accusing him of caring less than Keita. Irie slaps her, causing her to flee to Tomoko’s house. Kotoko’s father discusses her late mother with Irie. The next day, Keita asks Kotoko to live with him and confesses his love, urging her not to return to someone who does not love her. Irie arrives, admitting his jealousy and inability to handle such emotions, but asks to stay with Kotoko. She accepts, and the school cheers as Keita leaves. Later, Irie and Kotoko share a kiss in their bedroom.
