Sapphie manages a busy day at the Jewelpet Cafe, handling numerous customer orders while searching for the missing Ruby. Meanwhile, Nene takes Ruby, Ruruka, and Chiari to a department store owned by her family, explaining that the location requires renovation. The group visits a downtown cafe in Jewel Land, where they encounter chaos caused by Master. After lunch, Nene departs for the library, while the others return to the Jewelpet Cafe, only to find it closed during lunch hours. Angry customers leave due to delays and incorrect orders. Upon their return, Sapphie is exhausted and ignored by an angry Garnet. At the library, Nene studies business management and meets Sapphie, who shares similar goals. Both decide to implement a breakthrough strategy for their respective businesses after Nene receives a message from her father regarding the mall.
