Ruby explains the holiday and trick-or-treating customs at the cafe, where Chiari, Nene, and Ruruka arrive in costumes. Meanwhile, Jewelina worries about the strengthening Red Moon. The group counts their candy and plans a party at Ruruka's Mall. Charlotte struggles to choose a costume, eventually using magic to become a Biker Delinquent, which her friends criticize. She later meets Chite, Tata, and Lapis, who invite her to their hideout. Their conversation turns to ruining Halloween. After the party, the girls find Ruby missing while decorating the mall. Chite’s group interrupts, causing chaos. Ruby uses magic to stop them, but Chiari’s group gets trapped in food costumes. The Red Moon’s influence worsens the situation, leaving Charlotte in a difficult predicament.
