Ep. 8: Akari and Judy bond over the broken school bells and the elusive Jewelstar title.

Akari struggles with the Rangula spell and doubts her ability to win the Jewelstar after the school bells break. She meets Judy, who shares her insecurities but is tasked with ringing the bells. Through time jumps, Akari sees Judy improve and gain confidence, inspiring her to pursue the Jewelstar. Akari eventually learns that the bells break every twelve years and require a special student to fix them. Judy reveals she is that special student and was the previous Jewelstar winner. Encouraged by Judy’s past message, Akari attempts to repair the bells in her own time. She succeeds, realizing that her own efforts can lead to success. The experience motivates Akari to aim for the Jewelstar title, understanding that initial failure does not preclude future achievement.
