Akari eventually learns that the bells break every twelve years and require a special student to fix them. Judy reveals she is that special student and was the previous Jewelstar winner. Encouraged by Judy’s past message, Akari attempts to repair the bells in her own time. She succeeds, realizing that her own efforts can lead to success. The experience motivates Akari to aim for the Jewelstar title, understanding that initial failure does not preclude future achievement.
