Sara conducts experiments on Jewelpets, leading to the introduction of teacher Sulfur, whom she later replaces. Akari discovers Sara has memorized all textbooks and is developing new spells, prompting Harlite to explain her limited understanding of non-academic concepts. Akari and Ruby assist Sara in creating a shrinking spell to reverse previous enlargements, enjoying the process despite Sara and Sapphie’s shock. Sulfur joins them after Akari suggests Sara is lonely, though he quickly regrets it. Akari accidentally enlarges the Jewelpets and shrinks herself, but Sara transforms to retrieve the spell, realizing emotional intent was key. Everyone returns to normal, and Akari invites Miria to help, who soon regrets her decision.
