Kaori Nakiri, the designated heiress to the Nakiri flower arrangement school, resents her predetermined path. Yuzuki identifies Ai’s companions at a funeral despite their magical disguises, prompting Ai to note Yuzuki’s impending awakening. Yukina, born from her father’s affair, demands the school from Kaori. Tsukio, Kaori’s childhood friend and secret brother, intercepts Yukina’s poison intended for Kaori and consumes it instead. Upon learning of this sacrifice and the hidden family truth, Kaori is devastated but ultimately accepts her position as head. She banishes Yukina to hell. Meanwhile, Ai informs Yuzuki that she is destined to become the next Hell Girl.
