Ep. 22: Yuzuki seeks Tsugumi's help while Sumika replaces her cruel twin sister Yuika in a modeling career.

Yuzuki requests guidance from Tsugumi to escape her predetermined fate, but Tsugumi remains inactive, insisting that Yuzuki must save herself. Sumika is the quiet twin of renowned model and actress Yuika, who treats Sumika with cruelty. The sisters are nearly identical, distinguished only by a birthmark on Sumika's side. When Yuika injures her arm, she forces Sumika to substitute for her during a photo shoot. Sumika excels in this role and begins dating Yuika's boyfriend, Masato. Once Yuika recovers, the twins dispute who should maintain their celebrity status. Masato ends his relationship with one sister, unspecified, and that sister sends her twin to Hell. At a public event, Sumika conceals her birthmark with her arm, leaving the identity of the doomed sibling ambiguous, potentially Yuika.
