EP 25Trish Awakens Spice Girl to Defeat Notorious B.I.G. and Reach Sardinia
Apr 6, 2019Trish attempts to steal Giorno’s brooch but is attacked by Notorious B.I.G., which awakens her Stand, Spice Girl. This ability allows her to soften surfaces, enabling her to trick the beast into striking a ticking clock. She returns to the cockpit to warn Bucciarati, but Notorious B.I.G. has grown massive after damaging the rear engine. Trish uses Spice Girl to transform the cockpit into a makeshift parachute, allowing the group to escape as the enemy Stand and the rest of the plane crash into the Tyrrhenian Sea. Bucciarati uses Sticky Fingers to remove the final piece of the beast from Abbacchio's face. The group recovers using Giorno’s brooch and arrives in Sardinia undetected. However, the boss senses their survival and Trish’s awakened Stand, fearing she might recall his past at Costa Smeralda, so he travels to Sardinia alone to protect his identity.
EP 26Doppio’s Past Revealed as Risotto Nero Attacks in Costa Smeralda
Apr 13, 2019In 1965, a Sardinian woman gave birth to a crimson-haired boy in prison, who was raised by the church. Years later, the village burned, killing the priest and the boy. Now, a fortune-teller predicts the boy will meet traitor Risotto Nero before death. The boy transforms into an adult, revealing two personalities. He is Doppio, the alter ego of the boss controlling him via imaginary phone. Risotto attacks using his Stand Metallica to create steel needles from body iron. The boss instructs Doppio to get within two meters of Risotto to use King Crimson for transport and assassination.
27EP 27The Boss directs Doppio to use King Crimson to predict Risotto's moves during their intense confrontation.
Apr 20, 2019Guided by the Boss, Doppio utilizes King Crimson to foresee Risotto’s actions, witnessing scissors in his throat before they materialize. He deduces that Risotto manipulates bodily iron to forge metal objects. After predicting a severed foot, Doppio throws the scissors to amputate Risotto’s limb, revealing his precognitive power. As Risotto reattaches his foot with staples, he notices Doppio’s dual personalities. Risotto attacks by draining Doppio’s iron, causing severe oxygen deprivation. While Risotto approaches to finish him, Doppio hurls scalpels toward Bucciarati’s group to draw attention. Aerosmith, scouting nearby, detects Risotto’s breathing and shoots him from behind. Mortally wounded, Risotto finally understands that Doppio is the Boss.
28EP 28Risotto's Final Stand and Abbacchio's Sacrifice on Costa Smeralda
Apr 27, 2019Risotto attempts to kill the boss with Aerosmith, but King Crimson erases the time of the shots. While Doppio eats a frog for iron, Bucciarati and Narancia find Risotto’s body and a sewn-mouthed boy. On the beach, Abbacchio uses Moody Blues to reconstruct the boss's face. Distracted by soccer players, he is mortally wounded by the boss in disguise. In his dying moments, Abbacchio reunites with his late police partner. His team later finds his corpse and discovers he successfully created a death mask of the boss's face on a stone pillar before Moody Blues vanished.
29EP 29The team heads to Rome to find the Stand arrow while facing ambush by Cioccolata and Secco.
May 11, 2019Bucciarati and Giorno fail to identify a suspect in police databases, but a laptop voice reveals the boss is Diavolo and suggests a Stand arrow in Rome is the only counter to King Crimson. The boss dispatches Cioccolata and Secco to intercept the group. As Guido and Narancia travel to Rome, the voice explains that arrows originate from a Greenland meteorite virus granting superhuman powers. Trusting this information, Bucciarati agrees to meet the voice’s source at the Colosseum. Upon reaching the Italian mainland, the team is attacked by Cioccolata and Secco. Cioccolata deploys his Stand, Green Day, to spread lethal mold. Giorno deduces the mold activates when victims lower their bodies, prompting Mista to detonate fuel tanks and launch the team onto the shore to escape the ambush.
30EP 30Bucciarati and Mista escape Cioccolata's mold while Secco ambushes them with his Stand Oasis abilities.
May 18, 2019Bucciarati returns the mold-infected Narancia to the turtle before he and Mista ascend toward a village to flee Cioccolata’s deadly spores. Secco intercepts them using his Stand Oasis to soften the ground, forcing them downward. Bucciarati leaps from a ledge to surprise Secco, who is shocked that the mold does not affect him. The pair escapes in a car heading to Rome, but Giorno discovers Bucciarati has no pulse, cold skin, and a wrist wound. Bucciarati explains that while Giorno revived him after Diavolo’s King Crimson attack in Venice, his body remains technically dead. Upon reaching Rome, Cioccolata and Secco ambush them from a helicopter spreading Green Day’s mold. Giorno and Mista use Gold Experience bullets to sprout roots that trap the helicopter, while Bucciarati readies himself to confront Secco, who has descended into the ground.
31EP 31Bucciarati evades Secco while Giorno battles Cioccolata’s dismembered body in a helicopter
May 25, 2019Bucciarati struggles against Secco’s enhanced speed but escapes his assault. Meanwhile, Giorno and Mista infiltrate a helicopter holding Cioccolata, who has surgically separated his body to attack them. Cioccolata attempts to force Giorno into Green Day’s deadly mold, but Giorno shoots a bullet into his head. Suspecting a ruse, Giorno transforms the bullet into a beetle that destroys Cioccolata’s skull. After Cioccolata’s final failed attack, Giorno uses Gold Experience to crush him and ejects the body into a trash compactor. Secco, unaware of the outcome, receives unanswered calls and listens to messages claiming invincibility. As he prepares to fight Bucciarati again, an observer watches the confrontation from the Colosseum.
32EP 32Secco and Bucciarati clash while Polnareff awaits at the Colosseum with a Stand arrow.
Jun 1, 2019Secco overpowers Bucciarati using his Stand's speed, forcing him to flee. Cioccolata contacts Secco to reveal that Bucciarati’s group plans to meet Jean Pierre Polnareff at the Colosseum. Polnareff, now in a wheelchair, possesses a magical Stand arrow. Bucciarati uses Sticky Fingers to escape underground toward the Colosseum, but Secco tracks him via sensitive hearing. Secco attacks with stone spikes, prompting Bucciarati to burst a car tire to damage Secco’s eardrums. In panic, Secco grabs Doppio as a hostage, but Bucciarati punches through Doppio to unzip Secco’s neck. Secco falls into a trash compactor with Cioccolata’s body. Meanwhile, Bucciarati’s body deteriorates from previous damage after Giorno revived him, and Doppio prepares to kill him.
33EP 33Doppio assists Bucciarati to the Colosseum where they meet Polnareff and Diavolo reclaims his body.
Jun 8, 2019Doppio guides Bucciarati to the Colosseum, initially believing the Boss wants him dead. The Boss actually uses Doppio to impersonate Trish, revealing Bucciarati is blind and can only see souls. At the Colosseum, they encounter Polnareff, who remembers Diavolo stealing a Stand arrow in Egypt years ago. Diavolo recalls selling the other arrows to Enyaba and using the stolen power to build his empire, later leaving Polnareff for dead. Diavolo then possesses Doppio, leaving Bucciarati behind to confront Polnareff. King Crimson retrieves the arrow, but Polnareff pierces his own Stand, Silver Chariot, with it. This act awakens a new Stand power that manifests as a shadowy figure.
34EP 34A mysterious figure steals the Stand arrow and triggers a chaotic body-swapping event among the team members.
Jun 15, 2019A shadowy figure seizes the Stand arrow from Diavolo, causing those nearby to fall asleep. When Bucciarati's team wakes, they discover they have swapped bodies with those closest to them, specifically Giorno with Narancia and Mista with Trish. Despite the shock, they retain control over their own Stands but remain unaware of who occupies Bucciarati's unconscious form. Meanwhile, Polnareff finds himself inside the turtle Coco Jumbo. He reveals that his former Stand, Silver Chariot, now holds the arrow and has become Chariot Requiem, a power that forces soul exchanges. Unable to control this Stand, Polnareff states that retrieving the arrow is their only chance to defeat Diavolo. He also warns of a mysterious boy aiding Diavolo. At the Colosseum entrance, the group watches Diavolo approach Chariot Requiem. After Diavolo uses Sticky Fingers to sever the Stand's arm, they realize Bucciarati is inside Diavolo's body.
35EP 35The group confronts Chariot Requiem while Diavolo exploits King Crimson to kill Narancia.
Jun 22, 2019The team tries to retrieve the arrow but finds Chariot Requiem can reverse their Stands. Bucciarati orders Mista to shoot his unconscious body, suspecting Diavolo possession. A time skip occurs where Diavolo uses King Crimson to impale Giorno’s body, which contains Narancia, on iron bars. Giorno heals himself but cannot save Narancia, who dies. Polnareff deduces Diavolo has dual personalities, placing Doppio inside Bucciarati. Bucciarati believes Diavolo killed Narancia to remove the team’s radar. The group catches Chariot Requiem, causing it to drop the arrow. Polnareff, no longer a Stand user, uses a turtle’s body to grab it. He urges Mista to pierce his Stand with the arrow before Chariot Requiem retrieves it.
36EP 36Diavolo Surfaces and the Battle for the Arrow
Jun 29, 2019Doppio dies in Bucciarati's bullet-riddled body feeling lonely and abandoned. Meanwhile, Chariot Requiem races towards Polnareff, but when Mista tries to shoot it, his gun suddenly breaks apart. Chariot Requiem retrieves the arrow and walks off; however, its additional ability takes effect, mutating the bodies of organisms nearby. Inspecting Mista's broken gun and determining that Diavolo destroyed it during erased time, Giorno deduces that Diavolo must be hiding within the body of someone in the group and plans to touch each of them with Gold Experience to detect Diavolo's soul. Mista refuses, fearing Diavolo could be inside Giorno's body, so Bucciarati agrees to go first. As Giorno moves to check Bucciarati, King Crimson suddenly appears from Mista's body and swiftly severs Giorno's arm. When Trish summons Spice Girl in retaliation, King Crimson grabs hold of her Stand, using it to control Mista's body. Diavolo concludes that Chariot Requiem is effectively the shadow of one's own soul, cast by a light source it generates behind each of their heads. He destroys the light source behind King Crimson's head, dissipating Chariot Requiem and allowing him to obtain the arrow. Giorno converts the drops of his blood on King Crimson's hand into a colony of ants which chew through the arrow's shaft so the arrowhead falls to the ground. When King Crimson tries to pick it up, Trish uses Spice Girl to knock the arrow back towards the group. King Crimson then ruthlessly punches through Spice Girl, using the force to propel Mista's body, and himself, towards the arrow.
37EP 37Diavolo attacks Giorno but Gold Experience Requiem nullifies his time-erasing abilities and defeats him.
Jul 6, 2019Bucciarati destroys Chariot Requiem, restoring souls to their bodies, but his own soul ascends since his body is dead. He thanks Giorno for making him feel alive and leaves the arrow in Giorno's hands. Diavolo considers fleeing after seeing Giorno with the arrow, but Trish reveals his father's intention to escape. This changes his mind, as he believes he is entitled to be king and has no reason to run. Giorno pierces Gold Experience with the arrow, seemingly damaging it. Diavolo attacks Giorno to reclaim the arrow, shattering Gold Experience's face. However, the attack does not harm Giorno. Gold Experience absorbs the arrow and sheds its skin, revealing its new form as Gold Experience Requiem. Diavolo uses Epitaph to see a vision of defeating Giorno, then uses King Crimson to erase time and attack. Gold Experience Requiem nullifies the attack, rewinding time to the activation of King Crimson. Confused and unable to fight back, Diavolo is pummeled by Gold Experience Requiem.
38EP 38Diavolo faces eternal death cycles while Giorno explains Requiem's power to his allies.
Jul 28, 2019Mortally wounded, Diavolo falls into a river, but Giorno tells Trish that searching for him is unnecessary. Diavolo crawls into a tunnel and is fatally stabbed by a homeless man influenced by the drugs Diavolo sells. Upon waking on an operating table, Diavolo finds himself paralyzed as a woman announces an autopsy. Ignoring his attempts to communicate, she slices his stomach and removes his liver, causing excruciating pain. When she attempts to saw off his arm, Diavolo dies of shock and awakens on a city street. Startled by a barking dog, he falls into traffic and is run over by a car. Giorno explains to Trish and Mista that Gold Experience Requiem has doomed Diavolo to die repeatedly for eternity. In a flashback, a florist asks Bucciarati to avenge his daughter, whom she suspects was murdered by sculptor Scolippi. Mista notices strange stones and later finds one sculpted like Bucciarati at the moment of his death, revealing Scolippi is a Stand user.
39EP 39Mista prevents Bucciarati from touching his death stone while Giorno secures the arrow.
Jul 28, 2019Mista interrogates Scolippi, who reveals that his Stand, Rolling Stones, creates stones depicting individuals at the moment of their deaths. Touching one allows a person to accept their fate, as demonstrated when a florist’s daughter chose suicide to donate her organs to her dying father. Mista desperately tries to stop Bucciarati from touching his stone, nearly dying in the effort. In the present, Giorno and the group discover that Polnareff’s soul remains attached to the turtle despite his physical death. Giorno decides to keep the arrow inside for safety. Mista leads the others back to the Colosseum to treat Bucciarati’s wounds, unaware that he has already died. The story concludes with Mista and Polnareff watching Giorno as he assumes leadership of Passione.
