Kimba reveals a hidden temple to Laiya, a discovery made in Episode 6. Meanwhile, Gibo, a young warthog, collects lost human items and treats them as family to avoid loneliness. Other animals view his behavior as strange and seek to exile him from Panja's Jungle because he inadvertently encourages humans to approach, having stolen a tracking device placed by nearby researchers. As Laiya befriends Gibo, the warthog's cherished possessions ignite a forest fire. The animals must unite to extinguish the blaze, requiring Gibo to abandon his attachments to the objects. This event forces the group to cooperate to save their habitat from the destruction caused by the warthog's unique coping mechanism.
