Jungle Taitei (1989)

A young lion cub named Leo assumes leadership of the jungle after his father is killed by poachers. Despite the human involvement in his father's death, Leo does not share the fear or hostility toward humans that many other animals in the jungle hold. He is supported by companions of his father, who assist him in building an ideal animal kingdom.
