Ep. 12: Misaki proves his devotion to Usagi while facing romantic rivals and familial opposition.
Misaki visits Usagi at his publisher, where Isaka introduces him to a manga artist suffering from writer's block. Misaki’s admiration helps the artist, but Usagi overhears and becomes jealous, warning Misaki against confessing love for other men. After Usagi is called away, Isaka traps Misaki with Usagi’s brother, who claims the Usami group’s business due to events in episode 10 (season 2). The brother confesses his love and attempts to kiss Misaki, while Isaka prevents Usagi from entering, calling it a test. Misaki rejects the brother, affirming his love for Usagi. Later, Usagi’s father shows potential brides to Misaki, asking him to leave Usagi. Usagi refuses to live without Misaki, and they flee. Misaki saves Usagi from a bus, scolding both him and the father. Impressed by Misaki’s ability to stand up to Usagi, the father finally accepts him.
